Join us
We are building the tools that make AI development feel effortless. Come shape the future with us.
We believe the best tools come from small, focused teams who care deeply about craft.
At Backboard, you will work alongside people who think clearly, ship fast, and never stop learning. We are hybrid, async-friendly, and obsessed with building something developers actually want to use. If that resonates, we would love to hear from you.
How we work
Ship over talk. We measure progress by what is live, not what is discussed. Working software beats slide decks every time.
Own the outcome. Every person here has the autonomy to make real decisions and the accountability that comes with them.
Clarity over consensus. We write things down, think in public, and make decisions quickly. No death by committee.
